We offer a wide variety of classes from our Zumba all the way to our Senior members. We have a 2,500 sq. ft. class room that features a sports court with maple wood floors. We offer classes like High Fitness, Upbeat Barre, Sway Dance Fitness, Zumba, Turbo Kick, Yoga, RIPPED, Cycling and Surge Fit.
